Adecco is recruiting for a Part-Time Accounts Payable Administrative Assistant for a client in Syracuse, NY . This position is temporary for approximately 4u20136 months, paying $20/hour. Our manufacturing client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support their accounting team with accounts payable administrative tasks. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling. Schedule + Approximately 20 hours per week + Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM, Mondayu2013Friday Responsibilities + Match and attach paper purchase orders to packing slips and other supporting documents + Review paperwork for errors, discrepancies, or missing information + Reference documentation while entering and reviewing invoices in the accounts payable system + Approve or reject invoices for payment based on documentation accuracy + Maintain organized records and ensure paperwork is properly filed and logged + Assist the accounting team with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems and search for information + Comfortable working with both paper documentation and computer systems + Previous administrative, accounting, or office support experience is helpful but not required + Ability to stay organized and manage routine tasks independently Pay Details: $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
