Yourprimary functionistoberesponsible forthe overall movement of patients in a safe and efficient manner. This position willfacilitateall patient care activities and be a liaison with the Nurse Manager, Charge Nurse and attending to ensure that care can be delivered in an efficient and safe manner.You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative this role you will:Demonstrateknowledge and application of the nursing process.Work in conjunction with the ERproviders and admitting physicians todeterminetheappropriate admissionstatus and level of care.Facilitate and fostercommunication, patient flow, staff support, regulatory compliance, care coordination, transfers, and policy and process development.Coordinatecare delivery within the organization.Identifyprocess gaps, coordinate change strategies, andassistin implementation of change management.Job Requirements:Associates Degree in Nursingor Diploma in Nursing Required,Bachelor Degree in NursingpreferredFlorida RN license and/or approved multistate RN licenserequired.
