Your responsibilities include:Leads the development, integration, and management of master program schedules for all enterprise-level implementations and site-specific capability/capacity projects supported by the PMO.Designs and implements advanced scheduling methodologies and tools tooptimizetimelines, resource allocation, and risk management across multiple complex PRDs, planned expansions, and site activations.Conducts in-depth schedule performance analysis for the entire PMO portfolio,identifyingcritical trends, inter-project dependencies, and proactive solutions to complex scheduling challengesimpactingthe global C2ISR Transport Infrastructure expansion.Develops comprehensive schedule forecasts and detailed analyses for strategic reports,providingcritical insights to Government leadership POCs on overall program health and project timelines.Directs the coordination and synchronization of schedules across various internal teams and external stakeholders involved in PMO-supported projects to ensure seamless execution and minimize delays.Provides expert guidance and recommendations on schedule optimization, resource leveling, and risk mitigation strategies for all PMO-managed initiatives, including long-range planning for future integration activities.Contributes significantly to the PMO's strategic planning efforts by providing robust schedule analysis and forecasting for resource requirements and capability delivery.Ensures compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines across all phases of acquisition and contract managementTask OrderportalUtilize the followingRole Specific Tools: integrated master scheduling software (Microsoft Project); Gantt chart and milestone tracking tools; resource allocation dashboards; critical path analysis engines; variance and risk tracking modules; earned value management (EVM) systems; workflow automation for schedule updates and approvals; stakeholder communication dashboards with schedule visibility; lessons learned repositories for scheduling practices; SOP/QRC libraries for standardized scheduling processes; predictive analytics for schedule forecasting; configuration management databases for schedule version control.Required qualifications:Previousexperience asaProject Scheduleror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevelMinimum of5years’experiencewith a BS/BA, or3years’ experience with an MS/MA or 1years’ experience witha PhD. or 9 years' experience w/o a degree or 7 years' experience with AS/AAA current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI levelUS citizenship isrequired DesiredQualifications:Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.Work Environment:Location: MacDill AFB, FLOn-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset trackingTravel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments Why Join Us? Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
