Battlespace Awareness Operator

As a Battlespace Awareness (BSA) Operator you will monitor, analyze, assess and report on significant space domain indications and warnings (I&W) to ensure Space Warfighting Mission success. BSA Operators are responsible for the safeguarding of ground and space assets as part of a Government & Contractor team conducting 24/7 operations. Successful candidates will leverage their prior aerospace and/or space operations background to execute mission protection tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) in a high-ops tempo environment. Additionally, this technically skilled position requires the selected individual to have the ability to utilize a multitude of Space Domain Awareness (SDA) tools enabling resident space object (RSO) custody and event characterization. Readiness to adapt to (and drive) improved TTPs while supporting ongoing system integration efforts of latest developing technologies (as an end user) is an essential function of this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
