Pollstar Live! Ambassador | Temporary Part-Time

Ambassador will assist Oak View Group’s Media & Conferences team in preparing and executing Pollstar Live! 2026. This temporary, part-time position offers hands-on experience in event and conference management within the live entertainment industry, with exposure to multiple functional areas including operations, sponsorship, marketing, and programming.This is a temporaray part-time role from April 13, 2026 and will end on April 16, 2026.This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.05.This position will remain open until April 16, 2026Assist attendees with purchasing and picking up conference credentials.Provide accurate information on sessions, schedules, and venue locations.Verify and scan attendee badges for entry and exit in panel rooms.Support setup and maintenance of panel rooms, ensuring panelist and speaker needs are met.Assist with conference load-in and load-out logistics.Serve as a first point of contact for attendee inquiries and issues, escalating concerns to senior staff as needed.Support theSponsorship and Marketing teamsby:Assisting with sponsor activations, signage placement, and brand visibility checks.Supporting on-site marketing initiatives such as social content capture and photo ops.Collaborate with theevents teamon room transitions, speaker coordination, and session timing.Provide flexible, on-call support to other departments to ensure smooth conference execution.Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate information to attendees, panelists, and staff. They should be professional, adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Candidates should feel comfortable interacting with a diverse range of individuals and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Foundational knowledge or an interest in the live entertainment, events, or media industries is preferred.
