Reporting to the Director - Marketing Experiences, The Senior Specialist partners closely with Brand Strategy, Channel Leads, and cross‑functional teams to help align experience goals and ensure consistent, high‑quality execution. The role also supports Managers on the team on larger national initiatives through coordinating communication and needs across cross functional and external partners.Play key role in development of holistic marketing experiences for local and test initiatives across all channels. Serve as the primary creative lead for all external agency work tied to local and test initiatives.Support development of experience briefs and ensure cross-functional clarity around goals and expectations.Contribute and support national initiatives as needed.Support measurement, learning, and continuous improvement across initiatives.USD $81,000.00/Yr.USD $138,000.00/Yr.preferred: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, design, or related field4-7 years' experience in marketing coordination, brand experience, creative strategy, or related rolesExperience supporting cross-functional projects and maintaining workflow alignmentStrong organizational and communication skills; able to simplify complexity and keep teams alignedAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detailExpected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) asdesignatedby the Company. Youare required towork in the office at least 4 days a week. The basepay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.
