About the Role As a Consulting Analyst within our Mortgage & Lending Consulting practice, you will support process transformation and automation initiatives for mortgage and financial services clients. You will work as a Senior Business System Analyst with the senior consultants, business leaders, and technology teams to analyze current-state processes, define future-state solutions, and support successful implementation and adoption. What Youu2019ll Do - Partner with business leaders to understand current mortgage processes and systems - Conduct time-and-motion studies, process assessments, and focus groups - Identify inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives - Document business requirements and solution recommendations - Collaborate with development teams on design, testing, and implementation - Support project planning, roadmaps, and milestone tracking - Assist with UAT planning and execution - Support training documentation and initial training sessions - Provide project status updates and support issue escalation What You Must Have to Be Considered - 5+ years of Business System Analysis experience in US mortgage industry - US Mortgage industry experience (required) having Product, Process and Industry knowledge - Strong problem definition and solutioning skills - Experience with Jira or Microsoft VSTS (Azure DevOps) - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - Documentation and process modeling experience We're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
