Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team in New Castle, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyze business processes, identify solutions, and drive improvements within a manufacturing environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to organizational success through strategic analysis and problem-solving. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. u2022 Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including workflows, user requirements, and system specifications. u2022 Lead and support the implementation of manufacturing systems, including Cloud Suite Industrial/Syteline. u2022 Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and optimize system performance. u2022 Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. u2022 Provide training and coaching to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. u2022 Conduct data analysis and create reports to support strategic decision-making. u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational standards and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. u2022 Travel regionally and nationally as needed, approximately 15-20%, to support project requirements. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of five years of experience in a business analyst role within a manufacturing environment. u2022 Hands-on experience with Cloud Suite Industrial/Syteline systems; Salesforce experience is a plus. u2022 Proficiency in writing queries to analyze data and interpret system architectures. u2022 Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to perform complex analyses. u2022 Demonstrated project management expertise, with certifications being a preferred asset. u2022 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings. u2022 Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% for regional and national projects.
