Description We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist Level 2 to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual capable of providing remote and on-site technical assistance, ensuring seamless IT operations for our clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong technical expertise, and be committed to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities: u2022 Deliver remote and on-site technical support to clients. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows desktop environments and Microsoft 365 applications. u2022 Leverage ConnectWise (Manage, Automate, Control) to efficiently manage and streamline support operations. u2022 Identify, diagnose, and remediate malware, virus, and other security threats to safeguard client systems. u2022 Conduct basic server troubleshooting and perform repairs to ensure system stability and uptime. u2022 Support network installations and perform fundamental diagnostics to maintain reliable connectivity. u2022 Provide responsive, high-quality customer service by addressing client needs in a timely and professional manner. u2022 Partner with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when appropriate. u2022 Accurately document service desk tickets, resolutions, and technical procedures. u2022 Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery. Requirements u2022 Strong proficiency in Windows desktop systems and Microsoft 365 applications. u2022 Familiarity with Active Directory and its management. u2022 Experience with ConnectWise tools such as Manage, Automate, and Control is preferred. u2022 Solid understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques for hardware and software issues. u2022 Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and its functionalities. u2022 Ability to perform basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity problems. u2022 Prior experience with service desk ticketing systems. u2022 Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to technical support.
