This position plays a key role in product strategy, research, crossu2011functional collaboration, and supporting global market alignment. Join a team where your work directly influences the performance and experience of golfers worldwide Job Title: Associate Product Manager Pay Rate: $45u2013$50 per hour Assignment Type: Temporary (Minimum 6 months, potential extension) Location: Fairhaven Headquarters Key Responsibilities: + Drive seasonal and collection of product line strategies, line plans, and category/product briefs that support margin and revenue goals. + Use market, sales channel, and competitive analysis to support product and merchandising strategies. + Manage the global product creation calendar, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met. + Oversee thirdu2011party golfer research, including segmentation, performance insights, feedback cycles, and commercialization. + Develop and execute a global product insights plan, with a focus on U.S. insights aligned with other key markets. + Coordinate with global market representatives on seasonal line presentations, product research, and strategy alignment. + Partner with designers, developers, sourcing, operations, and vendors to commercialize bestu2011inu2011class products and ensure timely delivery of samples and inventory. + Support updates to the Rolling 3u2011Year Worldwide Golf Gear Product Strategy and Financial Plan. Requirements: + Bacheloru2019s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required. + Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, sales, or product management. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively across crossu2011functional teams. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to package and present recommendations. + Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. + Ability to manage multiple deadlines within a structured product calendar. + Ability to work effectively with international teams and communicate across time zones. + Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed. + Availability during off-hours to support global communication when necessary. + Experience with a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system is a plus. + Knowledge of the game of golf preferred.
