The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; patient education; care coordination; and clinical decisionu2011making across the ambulatory setting. The position includes delegation and supervision of support staff per regulatory standards. Current Massachusetts RN license required Job Description: 1. Clinical Judgment & Patient-Centered Care Registered Nurses apply clinical expertise, critical thinking, and compassion to deliver safe, highu2011quality care to patients and families across the continuum. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of a state approved and/or accredited School of Nursing BSN preferred BLS certification with American Heart Association Acute care medical-surgical experience Pay Range: $79,760.00 - $199,129.00 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
