Critical Facilities Technician II, HVAC

Overview The Critical Facility Technician II (HVAC) supports the operation and maintenance of mission-critical mechanical systems within a data center environment. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and supporting senior technicians to ensure reliable facility operations and uptime. Systems & Equipment Exposure + HVAC systems (AHUs, CRACs, DX units, basic chiller exposure) + Pumps, motors, VFDs, and controls + Building systems (BAS/BMS) + Exposure to critical infrastructure (UPS, generators, electrical systems) Benefit Information: ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
