We are currently recruiting for Caregivers and CNA's to reliably serve patients on a per visit basis in the Tri-County area including the following cities [Mount Pleasant, Charleston, James/Johns Island, Daniel Island, Ladson/Goose Creek, West Ashley, and more] What youu2019ll do: Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, youu2019ll provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home. As a BAYADA employee, youu2019ll have the opportunity to develop close relationships with your clients while you help them with: + Activities of daily living: bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc. + Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, bed making etc. + Meal preparation and feeding + Range of motion/exercises + Assisting with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices) + Medication reminders + Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration What makes you a great candidate: + One year minimum work experience providing hands on care OR Home Health Aide Certificate OR Certified Nursing Assistant License + Reliable transportation/ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned. + A passion for caregiving, providing private in home care, and a desire to help others. + Possession of qualities like empathy, patience, kindness, and respect. + The commitment to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability - The BAYADA Way.
