Job Description u2022 Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team goals. u2022 Partner with the RVP to develop and implement training schedules for new and existing sales representatives. u2022 Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of Select Sales talent. u2022 Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Managed Services and Enterprise IT solutions. u2022 Drive creativity, innovation, and consistency in sales opportunities, processes, and pipeline development. u2022 Collaborate with internal leadership to negotiate and close strategic, high-value deals. u2022 Create and implement activity-based KPIs to support consistent funnel growth and sales execution. u2022 Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. u2022 Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and visibility into sales performance. u2022 Partner with operations, finance, technical resources, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. u2022 Align Select Sales strategies with organizational objectives, growth priorities, and evolving market conditions. u2022 Perform additional duties as assigned. u2022 This position is an exceptional introduction to sales leadership at scale, with broad opportunities to grow your technical and business expertise.
