Financial Analyst - OPEX At u00ae (u201cRDCu201d), our goal is to build a highly skilled Finance team that provides rigorous financial insights, contextualized by our company strategies, to every corner of the business. Finance at u00ae goes beyond reporting - we deep-dive into modeling, value-driving analytics, and telling the story behind the numbers. Our team serves as trusted financial advisors to business leaders, helping them make informed decisions that drive growth. Position Overview: We are seeking an AI-native, technically-savvy and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to serve on our FP&A team. This role will partner with our Technology organization and is responsible for managing the complexities of a high-volume P&L, and ensuring cross-functional alignment. We are looking for an AI-forward professional who views manual data entry as a problem to be solved and is eager to implement AI-assisted efficiencies to increase our teamu2019s analytical bandwidth. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will focus on maintaining the integrity and precision of our financial engine. While this position is foundational in its operational scope, we offer a clear path for professional development, with opportunities to take on broader business partnership responsibilities and strategic exposure as you master the core Tech P&L. What Youu2019ll Do Financial Operations & Coordination + Own the Tech P&L: Manage the budget, outlook, and forecast for Headcount, Capitalized Labor, HWSW, Consulting, Global Tech charges, and other P&L accounts. + Headcount & Workforce Management: Partner with the HR Business Partner, Tech Recruiters, FP&A Position Management owner, and Chief of Staff to maintain a real-time pulse on open positions, attrition, and new hires. You will be responsible for updating the P&L forecast to reflect the latest hiring timelines. + Month-End Precision: Coordinate closely with Accounting on month-end entries and reconciliations to ensure accuracy before the books close. + Vendor & Renewal Alignment: Partner with Strategic Sourcing to track renewals; identify if we are in-line with the budget or if overages require mitigation. + Contractor Management: Serve as the primary finance contact for Tech Business Partners regarding contractor budget changes, including reviewing and approving requests through our contractor management software. + Ad-Hoc Analysis: Execute expense deep-dives and provide data-driven support for funding requests. Reporting & Insights + Month-End Packages: Produce and distribute customized month-end reporting packages for each of the tech organization leaders, translating complex data into actionable insights they can use to manage their departments. + Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive variance reporting (Actuals vs. Budget/Outlook) to identify emerging trends, financial risks, and savings opportunities. + The
