Medicare Advantage Account Executive at Cardinal Health in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Location: Supports accounts in IL, MN, and WI What Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health Direct Sales is responsible for driving sales and services to new and/or existing customers through face-to-face or telephone contact to meet individual and organizational sales objectives. Account Management is responsible for managing the success of the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and Cardinal Health. Responsible for long-term relationship building between the customer, Cardinal Health, and other professional organizations (Group Purchasing Organizations, etc.) Job Summary The Medicare Advantage Account Executive is responsible for building strong relationships with Medicare Advantage brokers and agents in their assigned territory, to secure new patient referrals for our portfolio of diabetes management products and solutions. A key aspect of this role includes helping brokers navigate the supply ordering and management journey for their clients, providing ongoing consultative support to ensure a frictionless experience. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan, educating brokers on the value of our products and solutions, and troubleshooting any issues related to client enrollment or supply delivery. Further, the Medicare Advantage Account Executive will be expected to continuously strengthen their market acumen by staying updated on medical policy and administrative changes for payers within their specific region, thereby ensuring they are a trusted and consultative partner for their customers.
