Technical Lead u2013 SAP MDG (Remote u2013 United States) Work Model: Remote (United States) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP MDG Technical, SAP MDG Advanced ABAP, and MDM Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead technical projects, drive successful SAP implementation initiatives, and contribute to organizational success. This remote role requires strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in SAP MDG systems. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Lead the design and implementation of SAP MDG solutions based on business requirements. u00b7 Oversee the development and customization of SAP MDG Advanced ABAP programs. u00b7 Provide technical expertise in MDM Architecture to ensure scalable and reliable solutions. u00b7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. u00b7 Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for SAP MDG applications. u00b7 Ensure the quality and performance of SAP MDG applications through structured testing. u00b7 Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDG and MDM Architecture-related technical issues. u00b7 Mentor junior team members in SAP MDG and ABAP best practices. u00b7 Conduct formal code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards. u00b7 Stay updated on SAP MDG advancements, ABAP enhancements, and emerging technologies. u00b7 Participate in project planning activities and provide technical input for timelines and deliverables. u00b7 Communicate technical updates and project status to stakeholders. u00b7 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SAP MDG processes and methodologies. Qualifications u00b7 6u201310 years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG Technical. u00b7 Proficiency in SAP MDG Advanced ABAP and MDM Architecture. u00b7 Experience designing SAP MDG solutions within hybrid or remote project environments. u00b7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. u00b7 Ability to guide and mentor junior developers. u00b7 Strong communication skills for effective crossu2011functional collaboration. u00b7 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. u00b7 Capability to manage multiple workstreams independently. Compensation (U.S.) The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 u2013 $145,000 USD, depending on experience, skill level, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for annual performance-based bonuses and discretionary incentive programs aligned with company policies.
