With us, youu2019ll be supported, challenged, and given every opportunity to discover whatu2019s possible next.What Youu2019ll Do Lead large and complex roadway and highway projects in support of multimodal improvements from concept development through detailed design and construction support. Manage multidisciplinary project teams and ensure successful delivery aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Build and maintain strong relationships with state and local transportation agencies (e.g., Caltrans, regional planning organizations, city/county partners). Support business development activities, including client engagement, proposal strategy, pursuit leadership, and market growth initiatives. Mentor project managers and engineers, promoting a collaborative and highu2011performance team culture. Bacheloru2019s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in California, or the ability to obtain one within one year. 20+ years of roadway design experience with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience delivering large, complex roadway, interchange, or multimodal improvement projects. Proven success managing projects for public transportation agencies, such as Caltrans or local municipalities. Demonstrated leadership experience guiding project teams and influencing technical and strategic outcomes. 10+ years of experience in business development, including client relationship management and growth strategy execution.
