Map, analyze, and improve business processes while identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and efficiency gains. Collaborate with crossu2011functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, IT) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable digital solutions. Support data collection and structuring efforts to enable future AI/ML, digital twin, and automation initiatives. Requirements: Bacheloru2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or operational excellence within manufacturing, service, or engineering environments. Knowledge of process analysis tools (Visio, Draw.io) and data analysis tools (Alteryx, Power BI); experience with lowu2011code platforms like Mendix is a plus. Strong analytical and problemu2011solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a processu2011improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma). Must be local to the Charlotte area and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employeru2011sponsored visa support.
