JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary This role will be on-site hybrid atour Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI office. The Program Manager will leadprojects across Indirect Procurement, supply chain and operationsoptimization, and procurement synergy initiatives. The Program Managerwill oversee crossfunctional activities throughout each project'slifecycle. The ideal candidate is selfdriven, able to manage multiplepriorities, and a strong problem solver who applies practical judgmentand commonsense solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director of IndirectSourcing, this role will have a primary focus on Indirect Procurementcategories, including but not limited to Travel and Fleet. KeyResponsibilities Lead a blend of Project Management andProcurementfocused initiatives across the enterprise. Partner withIndirect Category Managers to define project scope, objectives, roles,and responsibilities, ensuring effective coordination and communicationwith all impacted stakeholders. Identify and manage changes to projectscope, balancing constraints and communicating impacts to budget andschedule to leadership. Recognize emerging issues-technical orotherwise-that may affect project performance and take timely correctiveaction. Demonstrate managerial courage and leadership by escalatingprogram risks or challenges promptly and collaborating with keystakeholders to drive solutions. Represent the project team in projectmeetings and executive reportouts, addressing questions, identifyingaction items, and ensuring appropriate followup. Administer enterpriseFleet and Car Reimbursement programs. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolveissues raised by travelers, travel arrangers, and vendors. Coordinateroom blocks, registrations, and logistics for large company events.Professional Experience/Qualifications Bachelor's degree required;Supply Chain preferred. 7+ years of Procurement and/or Supply ChainManagement experience, ideally in manufacturing. Ability to supportdiverse business needs across multiple segments in a fastpaced,resultsdriven environment. Strong strategic, analytical, andproblemsolving skills with the ability to turn data into actionablesolutions. Experience with business and operational segmentation; 80/20methodology preferred. Proven ability to develop strong internal andexternal relationships. Demonstrated ability to lead through influenceto drive measurable results. Excellent customer service, communicationand presentation skills. High initiative and ownership of businessoutcomes. Proficient with Microsoft Project, Office, SharePoint, and SAPor similar ERP systems.
