The Drug ProductManufacturing Technician learns and performs a variety of tasks withsupervision and in accordance with the manufacturing instruction setinclusive of current GMP/ISO requirement and standards and following allsafety guidelines of PCI. With supervision, the technician performsroutine and critical manufacturing operations, including but not limitedto work functions in equipment prep, formulation, aseptic compounding,and filling activities for biopharma and medical device products. Workswith Master production records and standard operating procedures.Conducts self in accordance with the Guardian values and behaviors.Hiring various levels based on relevant experience Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individualmust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Theessential duties and responsibilities include the following but otherduties may be assigned. Maintains and adheres to safe work habits andall applicable PCI safety procedures and guidelines. Demonstratesgeneral knowledge of aseptic techniques. Prepares solutions, asepticfilling, and labeling of vials under sterile and non-sterile conditions,routine solution and filtration, vial and component preparation andsterilization. Assembles, disassembles, and operates aseptic fillingequipment and lyophilizer equipment in classified cleanroom andcontrolled non classified environments. Operates vial capper, unloadsproduct from lyophilizers and liquid fill line. Prepares equipment andcomponents for sterilization and Lyophilization. Operates processingequipment including autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, and depyrogenation,centrifuges, mills equipment. Assists in the formulation and dispensingof product in a clean room environment per SOPs and MBRs Sanitizesproduction areas and prepares equipment for production. Completes andmaintain documentation related to assigned work, including logbooks,batch records, etc. Adheres to verbal instructions and writtenprocedures in operating production equipment and performing processingsteps; accurately completes appropriate...
