Responsible for the implementation and maintenance ofMedica's Epic Payer Platform Health system. Supports internal businessowners and coordinates with IT partners for downstream capabilities.Supports platform configuration and maintenance supporting business unitservice levels. Ensure system updates and changes are delivered andtested as expected and on time. Responsible for managing highly visibleEpic projects that cross multiple business and IT areas. This role mustpartner with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the right blend ofskills are available to support successful delivery of the Epic Program.Performs other duties as assigned. Key Accountabilities Supports andmaintains Medica's Epic Payer Platform Provides direction to otherstaff and performs more advanced responsibilities with minimalsupervision. Providers leadership and consultation to internal Medicateams Ensure strong Epic program governance which includes proactiverisk and issue management and reporting Responsible for tracking andmeasurement of internal program success Maintaining and updating oursystem (MEPPI) configuration Monitoring our provider connections andstatistical dashboards in Epic for system issues and anomalies Systemupgrades: Install, regression testing, 'data courier' upgrades throughour environments (Data Courier requires Epic certification which we canprovide) Configuration and testing support for new provider connectionsCare Everywhere support for user and provider connectivity User support,managing access to AD and MEPPI instance Setting up and training newusers Trouble shooting users access issues Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field 7 years ofexperience beyond degree Skills and Abilities Epic Payer Platformtechnical experience, Clarity, Caboodle, Data Courier, etc Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience in related field Knowledge of healthcare functions between payers and providers, quality, risk adjustment,or care management Advanced working knowledge of Epic, preferably fromthe payer perspective EPP work experience desired This position is anOffice role,...
