In this role, you will be working with external customers and internal teams to provide the necessary support for the annual releases. In this role, you must be able to multitask, be team-oriented, and provide excellent customer service. Our team of Programmer Analysts are dedicated to providing outstanding support and minimizing the impact for our financial institution clients.This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. Please do not apply if at any time you will need immigration support now or in the future (i.e., H-1B, STEM OPT Training Plans, etc.).The salary range for this position is $56,800-75,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.What you'll be responsible for:- Supports programming code for new and/or existing software enhancements.- Troubleshoots and debugs existing code.- Tests code and fixes to ensure quality.- Provides programming support for various interfaces.- Keeps customers informed of all enhancements, troubleshooting, and fixes; may assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.- May perform other job duties as assigned.What you'll need to have:- Minimum of 2 years of experience programming in an object-oriented programming language from either a professional or educational background.- Willing to work in a programming support environment as this is not developing new code.- Willing to work in an on-call rotation that is outside of normal business hours.What would be nice for you to have:- RPG Experience- Bachelor's degree in CIS or data processing field.- Experience working in a financial institution.- SQL experience.If you got this far, we hope you're feeling excited about this opportunity.
