This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to manage learning programs, administer the Learning Management System (LMS), design and develop training content, and provide facilitation and project management support. The Talent Coordinator also assists with recruiting and general HR tasks, contributing to a well-rounded and integrated people strategy.This position is ideal for a learning professional who enjoys balancing hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Learning Management System (LMS) AdministrationServe as a system administrator and subject matter expert for the organization's LMS.Manage course setup, enrollments, completions, reporting, and user access.Troubleshoot user issues and partner with vendors or internal stakeholders on system enhancements.Maintain accurate learning records, documentation, and training data.Learning Program ManagementCoordinate and support enterprise learning programs (e.g., leadership development, supervisor training, onboarding, and role-based training).Manage training logistics including calendars, communications, materials, participant tracking, and evaluations.Monitor program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts through feedback and reporting.Content Design & Development Instructional DesignDesign and develop engaging learning materials including instructor-led training, eLearning, job aids, presentations, and participant guides.Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create effective learning experiences.Update and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.Facilitation & DeliveryFacilitate training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences as needed.Support internal facilitators with materials, preparation, and delivery tools.Assist with pilot sessions, program launches, and learning events.Project ManagementManage multiple learning and HR-related projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.Coordinate with stakeholders across HR and the business to support successful execution of initiatives.Track progress, risks, and dependencies related to learning and talent projects.HR & Recruiting SupportProvide support to HR in recruiting activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding preparation.Assist with generalist HR tasks such as employee communications, documentation, and process support.Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless employee experience across the talent lifecycle.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Word, Excel, & PowerPoint with strong skills in presentation & document design.Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Excellent written and visual communication skills.Preferred:Experience administering or working within a Learning Management System (UKG Learning Pro, a plus).Experience in instructional design, content development, or facilitation.Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe, or similar).Exposure to recruiting, onboarding, or HR generalist responsibilities.Work Setting:Based in the TW Metals Corporate office in Exton, PA.
