CGI Federal is seeking a SQL Server Database Administrator to maintain and support SQL Server infrastructures across WDPE, SHE, and SharePoint environments for a large federal agency. This position is located in Baltimore, MD Your future duties and responsibilities: . Install, configure, upgrade, and migrate SQL Server databases (2019+). . Maintain database health, performance tuning, backups, indexing, and access controls. . Develop and maintain SQL maintenance plans and DR/failover workflows. . Collaborate with application teams supporting SharePoint and Windows hosted systems. . Produce architectural documents, problem reports, and weekly status updates. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance . Bachelor's degree +7 years of relevant IT experience . Strong SQL Server DBA experience (Standard/Enterprise). . T SQL scripting, performance tuning, and reporting skills. . Experience with SQL clustering, DR, and high availability configurations. . Familiarity with Power BI and SSRS. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: . Experience with SharePoint content databases. . Knowledge of federal infrastructure requirements. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $63,700.00 - $156,700.00.
