Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager - Team Lead to join our team in Boston, MA. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work closely with business and technical teams to drive impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyze and design business systems while maintaining effective communication between stakeholders. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze and design business systems to meet the needs of assigned user groups. u2022 Develop a comprehensive understanding of business and technical requirements. u2022 Collaborate with clients and technical teams to capture and document business needs. u2022 Create and manage business requirement documents to ensure clarity and accuracy. u2022 Facilitate the implementation of business systems, ensuring alignment with user expectations. u2022 Conduct system testing to verify functionality and performance. u2022 Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams to streamline communication. u2022 Coordinate AB testing processes to validate system effectiveness. u2022 Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented systems. u2022 Ensure continuous improvement in business processes and systems Requirements u2022 Proven experience in analyzing and designing business systems. u2022 Strong knowledge of business requirement documentation processes. u2022 Ability to effectively liaise between technical and business teams. u2022 Proficiency in coordinating system testing and AB testing. u2022 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. u2022 Familiarity with system implementation processes. u2022 Availability to work on-site, five days a week. u2022 Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
