Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. In this role, you will assist individuals on the housing waitlist and those applying for it by providing exceptional service and administrative support. This is a long-term contract position offering stability and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide assistance to customers on the housing waitlist or those seeking to apply, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally. u2022 Collect, manage, and organize physical documents from customers while maintaining accurate records. u2022 Update and maintain the company database with customer information and application details. u2022 Scan and file documents efficiently to ensure easy access and secure storage. u2022 Perform various clerical and administrative tasks to support the teamu2019s operations. u2022 Answer inbound calls from customers and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism. u2022 Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer requests or document submissions. u2022 Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively. u2022 Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance service quality. u2022 Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all customer interactions and data handling. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment. u2022 Strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. u2022 Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Familiarity with document scanning, filing, and administrative tasks. u2022 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. u2022 High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. u2022 Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively.
