Player Assistant

Twin Bridges Golf Club is seeking a Player Assistant Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. As a key member of the operations team, the Player Assistant is responsible for monitoring the pace of play on the course. In addition, a marshal needs to provide our guests high quality customer service in a friendly and helpful manner. Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Must have a valid driver's license Must have a strong work ethicMust have friendly personality and enjoy working with the publicMust have strong customer/guest orientationMust be dependableKnowledge about the game of golf highly preferred Position Responsibilities:Maintain professional appearanceResponsible for maintaining a reasonable pace of play on the golf coursesCommunicate and assist the Pro Shop in keeping an accurate pace of playCommunicate with Starter and Pro Shop about any pace of play concernsMonitor course cleanlinessAssist Outside Staff Attendants as neededAdvises guests of course conditions, expected pace of play, local rules and other golf related issuesImplement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by managementPerform other duties as assigned
