San Pedro Golf Course in Benson, AZ is hiring a part-time Golf Shop Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service.General Purpose:The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering friendly, prompt, and professional service to guests. This role will assist in registering golfers for play, making tee times and selling merchandise. Qualifications, Experience and Skill Requirements:Must have a friendly and positive personalityMust have strong communication and interpersonal skillsMust have basic computer skillsMust be dependable and have a strong work ethicKnowledge about the game of golf preferredPosition Responsibilities:Process customer reservations for guests of the golf courseProvides customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in processArranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directedCollects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the POS system as trainedIssues receipts for guest purchasesTakes messages for staff or guestsAssists in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations suppliesAssists in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the dayPerform related duties as assigned by supervisor or managerThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
