Donu2019t wait, apply now u00a0 JOB DUTIES: + Prepare, plant and maintain all exterior garden beds & containers at a designated store location and as a group for the Bachmanu2019s store locations. + Perform basic plant cultivation, pruning, trimming and weed control. + Perform general clean up duties in parking lots, loading areas, entry areas and walkways. + Remove weeds to improve the landscape aesthetics. + Assist in installing new garden projects. + Operate power equipment like line trimmers, backpack blowers, pressure washers and tillers. + Provide inter-departmental support in delivery and other odd jobs as needed. + Multitask and manage work hours to accomplish a variety of projects on property. QUALIFICATIONS: + Must be in good physical condition in order to bend, walk, stoop, and travel long distances across grounds. + Valid driveru2019s license. + Ability to lift 50 lb. + Willingness to work in multiple locations on occasion. + Ability to work alone following complex instructions. + Desire to work outdoors in Minnesota weather conditions. + Familiarity with working with light power equipment such as leaf blowers and tiller. + Knowledge of perennial and annual plants often used in Minnesota; their watering and care. + Experience with planting annuals and container planting. + Willingness to travel to designated
