Overview We Overheard You Say You Want to Make a Difference Come Join Us How you Will make a difference + Coordinate and implement effective strategic plan for the facility. + Complete external sales calls on target market. + Manage the facilityu2019s admissions process and collaborate with the facility team in achieving census and quality mix goals. + Respond to inquiries from hospital discharge planners, families, and other referral sources to include e-referral systems, tours, and phone inquiries. What you Need to make a Difference + Bacheloru2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent related work experience may be acceptable. + Minimum of two (2) yearsu2019 experience in a sales and/or marketing role with a proven track record of success; healthcare experience preferred.
