Work Setup: Onsite ?? Whatu2019s a typical day as a Advance Composite Technician I? You will: + Manufacture composite aircraft parts to meet manufacturing specifications in a team-oriented production environment. + Perform composite manufacturing functions such as lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave processing, trimming, and/or repair. + Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations. + Work with composite resins and materials while maintaining strict quality standards. + Inspect completed work to ensure defect-free assemblies prior to inspection. + Maintain required logs and documentation (MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs, DR/DI, etc.). + Support Lean initiatives, FOD prevention, and 5S programs. + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. + Perform other duties as assigned. ?
