QA Automation Engineer with Salesforce Five9

About the role As a Salesforce and Five9 QA Automation Test Engineer , you will make an impact by ensuring the quality and reliability of applications through robust automation testing. You will be a valued member of our Quality Assurance team , collaborating with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and efficient solutions. In this role, you will: + Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript . + Perform functional, integration, and API testing for Salesforce or Five9 platforms. + Validate secure messaging, email routing, and related capabilities. + Utilize test management tools such as Rational Tool Suite, JIRA, RQM, RTC . + Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until February 17th, 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $53,477 to $104,500, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
