Job Description

About the Role: This role will support the Project Management function for alarge pharmaceutical client covering facilities projects for about 5 Boston/Cambridge sites. They are responsible for the management of projects frominitiation through completion as well as all related paperwork. Expenses covered to travel to Branford, CT site once ortwice per month. This is an onsite role in Cambridge Monday-Friday. What You'll Do: + Supporting Research & Development Engineering Services,this role will perform all areas of construction management for Life scienceResearch & Development Lab projects. This includes planning, development,construction, occupancy, and closeout. + Work directly with Lab end-users, business ops, andFacilities Engineering to prepare all elements of the project for delivery toclient sites. + Preparation of the scope of work, project delivery resourcerequirements, cost estimates & budgets, work plan schedules &achievements, quality change-control documents, and risk identificationdocumentation (SRA/JSA/LMRA). + Work with the CBRE Procurement team to identify projectdelivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the projectqualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bidevaluations, and recommend resources to clients. + Work closely with Environmental Health & Safety partnersto authorize vendor performed installation activities in a controlledPermit-to-Work system. + Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule.Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. + Report project updates to multiple groups on a regular basisusing tools such as MS Project, MS Powerpoint, MS Power BI, Veeva QMS + Maintain all project documentation according to company andclient governance requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentationis accurate, timely, and coordinated. + Demonstrated ability to look-ahead, think-ahead and toidentify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plansearly in the project life cycle. + Provide creative options to project stakeholders to pursueprogress when facing roadblocks. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent withCBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach anagreement. + Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or serviceactivities within own team and other related teams. What You'll Need: + Bachelor's Degree in a technical or scientific fieldpreferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, acombination of experience and education will be considered. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; PowerPoint,Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Strong communication and customer service abilities, thisrole communicates across audiences from several different professionalbackgrounds. + Willingness to take a new point of view on existingsolutions. + Experience working in Life-science/Pharmaceutical R&D orcGMP environment is a plus. The minimum salary for the Project Management Consultant position is $130,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Management Consultant position is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
