JOB REQUIREMENTS: Industrial Works is a Mid-Size Diversified MetalsFabrication Company located in Green Bay, WI that is experiencinggrowth. We are looking for a full-time Project Manager. The Project Manager plays a key role in providing customerswith products or services to meet their scope of work. They are the maincontact and work closely with both the external and internal customers.Their primary focus is to ensure we meet the customer's expectationswhile meeting the organizational goals of Industrial Works. ProjectManager Location: Green Bay, WI Wage: $40,000 - $71,000 Varies basedon experience. Shift: 1st - 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Job Type: Full-TimeThe essential job functions include: Establish realistic, accuratetimeline of projects. Plan, organize, and manage the completion ofprojects. Ensure that projects deliver the expected results, on time, onbudget, and within scope. Coordinate the project team as well asresources assigned to the project. Monitor project progress. Evaluateproject performance; evaluate its efficiency and effectiveness and planfor ways to fix similar issues in the future. Main point of contact withthe customer on specific projects, keeping the customer and productionup to date on the status and/or issues. Prepare accurate estimates withclearly written scope, as needed. Opportunity to advance to SeniorProject Manager based on skills, performance, and experience. Track andrecord time spent directly on customer projects, manage time dedicatedto billable customer work, and ensure all chargeable hours for customerservices are accurately logged in the ERP via the Data Collection App.Other duties as assigned. Willing to work overtime as needed. Thisposition is very active and requires a high level of motivation,dependability, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes asthey arise. Effective communication, both written and verbal, arecritical to this position. Able to work in a team environment andindependently.
