We own over 400 global technical patents and a network thatincludes over 525,000 points of retail distribution that points to ourindustry Comm Payments works with the most recognized and valued brands in theworld, and we are partnered with most of the worlds leading Comm Payments is highly focused on our people and their growth, and wework hard to make a career at InComm Payments meaningful and rewarding.We value innovation, quality, passion, integrity, and responsibility inall that we do, and we are looking for great people to join our team aswe move forward towards a very bright future.You can learn more about InComm Payments by visiting our Website orconnecting with us on LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, orInstagram.Responsibilities- Use business tools to extract and analyze data that will increase sell through, improve inventory management, show category growth opportunities, and improve on-shelf availability of the gift card category.- Support the Category Advisor and merchant buying team with ad hoc analytics, some forecasting and providing insight and recommendations for their modular sets.- Responsible for timely execution of planning, analysis, development and maintenance of planograms and product assortments.- Apply correlation analysis to identify relationships between sales performance, assortment changes, fixture types, and merchandising variables, translating insights into actionable recommendations to drive sell-through and provide a better experience for club shoppers.- Work with merchant buyers to develop planograms adjustments to optimize sales and margin performance.- Recognize and react to gaps in the assortment when completing planograms.- Assist in solving store specific planogram and merchandising issues within established timeframes.- Assist in execution of testing, launches and edits.- Assist with sales analysis, such as determining which fixture types are most effective within a retailer, researching sales trends on products or categories, and other ad hoc requests.- Minimal travel may be required for market visits and to the merchant home office and layout centers.QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent work experience.Advanced Excel Skills required.Experience with Alteryx or similar database management tools preferred.Retail Link and/or Luminate/Scintilla experience helpful, but notrequired.Experience with Blue Yonder Space Planning helpful, but not required.Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make appropriaterecommendations.Ability to proactively identify appropriate reporting needs and datasources.1-2 years of experience in Business or Category Analytics preferred.Business strategy and process[](employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals withdisabilities.PI283114058
