Construction Scheduler

Reference #: 4453RK&K is seeking a Construction Scheduler to join our Construction Management team in support of CM, CEI, Design related programs in multiple locations. u00a0In this role, you will work as an integral part of our internal Program Management Office. Interacting with internal staff, client project managers, contractors, and project stakeholders to provide critical analysis of incoming schedules and provide analysis reports to monitor key performance objectives and overall performance of each contract and on overall assigned capital improvement projects.Essential FunctionPrepare for and analyze procurement needs; track the status of critical activitiesSupport work groups in determining needs and logistics for materials and equipment handling, storage and stagingMonitor program milestones and interdependenciesOversee annual and long-term project planning and schedule updatesInterface and consult with clients to own and progress contractsAnalyze delays using industry accepted methodologiesProvide
