Youll manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and measure performance to drive growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute campaigns across email, paid ads (LinkedIn, Google), webinars, and eventsBuild and optimize lead-generation funnels and product nurture campaigns to convert prospects into sales opportunitiesTrack, analyze, and report on marketing performance (leads, MQLs, pipeline)Collaborate with Subject Mater Experts (SMEs), sales and leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectivesEssential Skills & CompetenciesExperience in demand generation, multi-channel campaigns, and funnel optimizationStrong creative skills with the ability to compose effective ad and email copyStrong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve performanceHands-on experience managing paid digital advertising and email integrated and multiphase campaignsExcellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skillsEducation & ExperienceRequired:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field4-6 years of experience in product marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or similar rolesExperience in B2B, EdTech, or professional servicesPreferred:K-12 education product marketing experience marketing to school district leadersPaid media campaign and email marketing experienceFamiliarity with lead scoring, funnel optimization, and lifecycle marketingWhat We Offer?At Instructional Empowerment, youll be part of a passionate, mission-driven team working to transform K-12 education.
