Sentara is hiring a Part-Time Clinical Pharmacist to fill in at the Outpatient Pharmacies located within our hospitals in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Hampton, Williamsburg, and Suffolk.Location: Resource Float based on need to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, Norfolk, VA; Sentara Leigh Hospital, Norfolk, VA; Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital, Virginia Beach, VA; Sentara Princess Anne Hospital, Virginia Beach, VA; Sentara Careplex, Hampton, VA; Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center, Williamsburg, VA; Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk, VAStatus: Part-TimeShift: Rotating (8 or 10 hour Shifts depending on location)Hours: Between 8:15am and 7:15pm depending on locationWeekends: Saturday only at Norfolk General 9am-3pmHoliday RotationHours and location may vary to meet the needs of the pharmacy, based on the greatest need for coverage.Schedules are typically assigned on a monthly basis.Availability to travel and fill in at all 7 locations is preferred. Ability to cover in Hampton, Williamsburg, and Norfolk required.Will receive mileage calculated from Norfolk General to other locations.All sites are 10 hours shifts except Obici, Norfolk General, and Williamsburg which are 8 hour shiftsThe Clinical Pharmacist is responsible and accountable for the provision of safe, effective, and prompt pharmacy services. Participates in all necessary aspects of the medication-use system while providing comprehensive and individualized pharmaceutical care to the patients in their assigned areas.
