In this role, you will help drive efforts in implementing a new global FP&A tool that will be used for financial planning and reporting. In addition, you will be supporting the FP&A month-end close and forecast processes to ensure financials are represented accurately.About the JobAssist with implementation of new financial planning and reporting tool:Assist collecting and reviewing system requirements for P&L and B/S planningPrepare summaries and overviews of global planning processesAssist in standardization of planning processes globallyAssist with testing functionality of new FP&A toolAssist with monthly closing activities:Run and review currency restatements of global financialsPrepare country level reconciliations between systems and identify any discrepanciesReview monthly cost allocationsUpdate various month-end reportsPrepare entries for manual system adjustmentsAssist with planning cycles:Assist collecting inputs for forecastsPrepare the Corporate forecast loadsPrepare forecast COGS allocation loadsAssist in running system forecast jobsPrepare forecast reconciliations and reportsPrepare forecast Tax fileAbout YouBasic QualificationsEducation: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business AdministrationExperience:3 years of financial forecasting experience, experience with financial systems (preferably SAP Analytics Cloud or Hyperion Essbase and SAP/S4)Knowledge, Skills, &Abilities:Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reportingandanalysis and forecastingAbility to analyze and understand complex issues and see interconnectionsStrong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills: high attention to detail, consistent follow through, own results and be part of the solutionStrong MS Office and Excel skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDepending on performance and business needs, there is a possibility of transitioning to an indefinite contract.This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Polanco Office in Mexico City.
