Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Baytown, Texas. In this role, you will provide essential support in logistics, scheduling, and customer service, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage schedules, coordinate calendars, and arrange meetings for staff and leadership. u2022 Prepare, proofread, and distribute various documents, including reports and presentations. u2022 Maintain organized filing systems and handle confidential records securely. u2022 Support logistics operations by coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and managing supply orders. u2022 Communicate effectively with vendors and carriers to address shipping or delivery concerns. u2022 Process purchase orders, invoices, and receipts for supplies and equipment. u2022 Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues for both internal and external stakeholders. u2022 Monitor and follow up on customer orders, shipments, and product returns. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless office and logistics operations. u2022 Oversee office supply inventory and ensure timely replenishment to support daily activities. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a detail-oriented environment. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for managing tasks and documents. u2022 Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics and manage supply chain operations. u2022 Strong customer service skills with experience handling inquiries and resolving issues. u2022 Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. u2022 Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities. u2022 Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. u2022 Effective communication skills for working with diverse teams and external partners.
