Assist with staffing assignments for new admissions and scheduling as needed/directed by supervisor.Respond to phone calls from all disciplines, family members and referral sources to assist with concerns or general STNA related questions. Follow up with staff to provide support and education as needed.Assist with the preparation and facilitation of new-hire orientations for all STNA field staffComplete weekly reports which will be addressed in a weekly meeting with direct supervisorAssist in reviewing and exporting all visits in our database, communicating with STNAs in reference to their documentation and timecards and then reporting this information to supervisor weekly.Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient careAbility to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadershipEager to gain higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further educationWork closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care teamAble to work independently and on your own from a day-to-day basisMust be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insuranceState Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state(s) of practice
