Enterprise Architecture Manager

Job Description A client in Spring, TX is looking for an Enterprise Architect Manager to lead the definition, governance, and adoption of enterprise-wide technology architecture across applications, cloud, and infrastructure teams. This role will require someone with a background of strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders while guiding engineering teams. The person needs to have a proven track record of driving enterprise architecture strategy, implementing standards, and enabling scalable, compliant solutions across multiple domains. This person will also be responsible for guiding application modernization efforts (microservices, APIs, event-driven, cloud-native architectures) and partnering with the engineering and platform teams to implement DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Lastly, they will be providing architectural oversight across cloud (Azure preferred), networking, and identity (Zero Trust, Entra ID, MFA) and developing reusable architectural patterns and models to improve delivery speed and consistency.
