Youu2019ll engage prospects, qualify interest, and transfer warm leads to senior sales representatives u2014 earning bonuses for every successful transfer. Job Responsibilities + Make highu2011volume outbound calls using a dialer system to connect with potential clients + Engage prospects, gather qualifying information, and set up tax relief consultations + Track call activity and follow established performance and compliance guidelines Qualifications + 1u20132 years of sales or customer service experience (entryu2011level candidates encouraged) + Comfortable making outbound calls and working toward performance goals + Previous call center, inside sales, or dialer experience preferred + Tax industry exposure is a plus but not required Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
