Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a Sr. Research Associate for their client in Novato ,CA Location - Novato ,CA Job Type -Temp to Hire Shift- 8am to 5pm (M-F), Occasional evening or weekend work required Pay -45-48.50/HR Join a leading biotech team supporting the development of innovative therapeutics from early research through clinical evaluation and commercialization. What Youu2019ll Do: + Perform method development and analytical testing for biologics (proteins, peptides, conjugates) + Work hands-on with HPLC, CE (required), and LC-MS (preferred) + Support characterization for process development, formulations, and R&D teams + Document results (Benchling) and contribute to technical reports and procedures + Troubleshoot issues, improve methods, and maintain lab operations What Weu2019re Looking For: + Bacheloru2019s + 6 years OR Masteru2019s + 4 years in biotech/pharma + Strong experience with SEC, SCX, RP-HPLC, and Capillary Electrophoresis + Experience with biologics and analytical method development + Detail-oriented, strong communicator, and able to work independently Why Apply? + Work on cutting-edge biologics in a collaborative environment + Hands-on role with advanced analytical technologies + Opportunity to impact drug development and commercialization Pay Details: $45.00 to $48.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
