Work Order Coordinator

Description We are looking for a dedicated Work Order Coordinator to join our team in Austintown NT, Ohio. This is a Contract to permanent position with responsibilities focused on supporting the Service Division through efficient scheduling and coordination. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a proactive mindset. Responsibilities: u2022 Coordinate and schedule service activities for skilled trades, custodial staff, and grounds teams to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of buildings, equipment, and structures. u2022 Manage and track work orders using multiple software systems to maintain accurate records. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to document service calls and communicate effectively. u2022 Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries and resolving issues promptly. u2022 Adapt to a dynamic work environment while maintaining high performance standards. u2022 Accurately type and document service calls, ensuring all relevant details are captured. u2022 Monitor schedules and adjust assignments as needed to optimize efficiency. u2022 Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. u2022 Support dispatching activities to ensure smooth workflow operations. u2022 Maintain detailed and organized documentation to streamline reporting and follow-ups. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in dispatching or work order management. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. u2022 Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members. u2022 Familiarity with scheduling tools and computer-aided dispatch systems. u2022 Self-motivated and capable of learning quickly. u2022 Prior experience in customer service or account management is highly desirable.
