Data Scientist: III (Senior)

Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Enterprise Analytics team in Easton, OH. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge data science techniques to drive business insights and optimize customer experiences. As part of a centralized team, you will collaborate across departments to influence strategic decisions and deliver actionable insights that align with organizational goals. This will be a contract-to-permanent role, 4 days onsite per week in the Easton neighborhood of Columbus. Responsibilities: u2022 Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze business data and uncover actionable insights. u2022 Develop and implement large-scale experiments and data-driven models to address complex business challenges. u2022 Conduct research on emerging tools and methodologies in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence. u2022 Define requirements for training and evolving deep learning models and algorithms. u2022 Present data-driven recommendations to product teams and other stakeholders to guide decision-making. u2022 Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, IT, and Sales, to support organizational goals. u2022 Create intuitive data visualizations and performance metrics to enable stakeholders with actionable insights. u2022 Collaborate within an Agile development framework to support projects from inception to delivery. u2022 Influence the direction of the organization through impactful analytics and strategic consultation. u2022 Perform other duties as needed to support the broader analytics team. Requirements u2022 Masteru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, or a Bacheloru2019s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. u2022 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, along with experience in RStudio and NoSQL databases. u2022 Strong expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau and Adobe Analytics. u2022 Familiarity with machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence techniques. u2022 Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data insights. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. u2022 Experience in financial services or payment processing is a plus. u2022 Knowledge of cloud technologies and advanced analytics methods.
