Die Cast Operator

Job Title: Die Cast Operator Job Description We are seeking dedicated Die Cast Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for loading and unloading machines, performing quality checks, moving metal parts throughout the cell and plant, setting up machines, and assisting with repairs and troubleshooting. The role is available on the 2nd shift from 3PM to 1:30AM and the 3rd shift from 10:30PM to 7AM. Responsibilities + Load and unload machines efficiently. + Perform thorough quality checks to ensure product standards. + Move materials (metal parts) throughout the cell and plant. + Set up machinery and assist with repairs and troubleshooting. Essential Skills + Mechanical aptitude. + 2+ years of production experience. + Ability to operate industrial systems and machinery. + Attention to detail. + Willingness to undergo training for up to 4 weeks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Prior manufacturing experience. + Experience in assembly, inspection, general labor, quality control, general production, quality inspection, automotive manufacturing, and machine operation. + Automotive manufacturing experience. + Experience with Die Cast machinery. + Experience with aluminum and steel materials. + Quality audits and quality control. It is located in Fredericktown, with a commitment to manufacturing automotive parts with precision. The facility hosts a diverse workforce with assembly, die-cast, shipping and receiving, and steel departments. Employees are required to wear uniforms, which are provided and cleaned at no cost, and have access to a convenient onsite store and ATM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fredericktown, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.95 - $19.95/hr.
