ROI Representative - Health Information Management

DescriptionThe ROI Representative is responsible for the coordination and processing of health information requests. This position receives requests for health information and ensures access to pertinent medical record information in accordance with state and federal disclosure laws. This caregiver interacts with a variety of requestors to include but not limited to patients, payors, and physician offices, ensures requested documentation is released, and handles inquiries in a timely manner.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable.
