Position Summary The Lead Architect u2013 Salesforce Platform provides architectural leadership and governance for enterprise Salesforce implementations across large, complex organizations. This role serves as the technical authority for platform strategy, solution design, data, security, DevOps, and operations , ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned to business and technology roadmaps. This is a hybrid position in one of our CVS locations: Hartford CT, Chicago IL, Woonsocket RI, Wellesley MA, or NYC. The Lead Architect responsible for platform standards, design authority, and roadmap direction while partnering with delivery, security, and operations teams to enable highu2011quality, wellu2011governed Salesforce solutions. Required Qualification + 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including leadership of largeu2011scale enterprise implementations + Proven experience in Salesforce architecture, platform governance, and design authority + Strong knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle , including development, deployment, and RunOps support + Handsu2011on experience with Salesforce DevOps , including: + Scratch orgs and unlocked packages + Salesforce DevOps Center + Copado and/or AutoRabit + GitHub and GitHub Actions + Snyk and Salesforce Code Analyzer + Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud. + Additional experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) and platform data governance + Strong communication and stakeholderu2011management skills Preferred Qualifications + Salesforce certifications including: + Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect + Platform Strategy Designer + OmniStudio Consultant + Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant + Agentforce Specialist + Experience defining platform roadmaps, standards, and guardrails + Background in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, financial services, insurance) + Experience with AIu2011enabled or agentu2011based Salesforce capabilities + Experience with Cloud Data Architecture (GCP / AWS) Education + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering , or a related field from an accredited institution + Masteru2019s degree preferred + Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $130,295.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
